Live booth demo shows fully flexible streaming and webcasting solution – taking the stress out of live broadcasting

Vualto - Webcasting and Managed Streaming

Vualto, global specialists in innovative content delivery and management, will be showcasing its latest webcasting and managed streaming solutions at BVE London 2014 (25 – 27 February, Excel London, stand M78).

Leading the BVE 2014 display will be a live demonstration of the company’s webcasting platform, able to deliver an end to end webcast from any type of venue or event. The solution provides a multiple state player that can be used to deliver seamlessly to multiple devices. It is completely flexible and easily integrated into an existing website, as well as social media channels.

“Webcasting live events can be quite stressful,” commented Amy Prosser, technical delivery manager of Vualto. “Simple things like the scheduled start or end time of an event can be challenging to manage during a webcast. If a speaker begins their presentation slightly too late, for example, you can risk losing your audience – it’s vital to keep them updated at all times.”

The Vualto solution offers complete flexibility, so the client can easily cut away from the live stream and control exactly what the user is seeing – whether it’s a holding page or temporary video to keep the user engaged. Furthermore, the updates happen automatically so there is no need for the user to keep refreshing their browser.

Vualto will also be supporting the show with its own seminar coverage over the three-day exhibition. The team will film a selection of the seminar sessions taking place in the eight lecture theatres, enabling them to be hosted on the BVE website for on-demand viewing.
